Deadline extended for beer, wine licenses in Mecklenburg County
N.C. laws require that any business or person with an ABC permit has a corresponding local license from the city or county.
According to Biz Journals, Mecklenburg County’s Office of the Tax Collector has extended the due date for applications and payment of the local Beer & Wine Privilege License until July 1.
Applications were previously due May 1.
Licenses will be valid from May 1 until April 30, 2021.
