As we expand our footprint in the United States, we are actively seeking importers and state distributors in:

A Legacy of Winemaking Excellence

Family-owned and operated, Domaine Wardy is proudly rooted in the heart of Lebanon’s fertile Beqaa Valley. With a heritage that dates to 1881, the estate began with the production of traditional Lebanese Arak and local wines. Over the years, it has grown into an internationally recognized winery, now producing 18 premium Wines, as well as Arak, Gin, and Vodka. Most recently, the portfolio expanded to include a non-alcoholic culinary product, Verjuice, a pure, unripe grape juice that serves as a refined, natural condiment.

The winery is now led by four Wardy siblings, who bring a modern vision to a deeply rooted family tradition. Their vineyards, situated at elevations ranging from 950 to 1,600 meters, thrive in the Beqaa Valley's unique terroir, marked by a dry climate, wide diurnal temperature shifts, and nutrient-rich soils. This environment supports both international varieties like Syrah and Cinsault, as well as indigenous grapes such as Obeidi.

Award-Winning Wines with Global Recognition

Since its first modern harvest in 1997, Domaine Wardy has steadily built an international reputation for excellence, amassing 351 prestigious awards across global competitions. These accolades span high scores, Gold Medals, and coveted Trophies, each one a reflection of the winery’s dedication to quality and innovation.

Among the most distinguished recognitions is the IWSC International Indigenous Grape Varieties Trophy, awarded to Obeidi 2016, which earned a score of 96/100 and was described by the judges as “a great wine with a difference.” Another standout is the Private Selection White 2017, which garnered a remarkable 97/100 and was praised in several international wine publications for its complexity and elegance. More recently, the Beqaa Valley White 2023 captured a Gold Medal at the 2025 London Wine Competition, achieving a score of 95/100 and ranking as the highest-rated Lebanese wine in the competition.

Given the strategic importance of the U.S. market to Domaine Wardy and our ongoing efforts to serve it with professionalism and distinction, we have made a deliberate investment in visibility and credibility within the on-premise sector. As part of this commitment, we have entered 24 of our wines in the Sommeliers Choice Awards one of America’s most respected wine competitions, judged by leading sommeliers, wine directors, and hospitality professionals. This participation has resulted in multiple Gold Medals, further reinforcing Domaine Wardy’s appeal and standing within the U.S. fine dining and hospitality community.

Sustainability & Social Responsibility at the Core

At Domaine Wardy, sustainability is not just a checkbox, it’s a guiding philosophy woven into every part of the operation. The winery follows certified environmentally responsible practices that reflect a long-term commitment to both the land and future generations. This begins with a circular economy approach, where resources are reused and waste is minimized at every stage of production.

To further reduce its environmental footprint, the estate has invested in industrial-scale solar energy systems, significantly lowering reliance on fuel and cutting carbon emissions. Water conservation is equally prioritized through comprehensive treatment systems for both incoming and outgoing water, ensuring that the surrounding environment remains protected and replenished. Even the packaging has been thoughtfully reconsidered, with the winery adopting lightweight bottles (under 420g) to reduce material use and transportation impact.

Beyond environmental efforts, Domaine Wardy is deeply rooted in corporate social responsibility (CSR). The winery plays an active role in the Beqaa Valley community, contributing to local economic development through employment opportunities, educational support, and cultural initiatives that help preserve the region’s identity while nurturing its future.

Distinctively Lebanese Branding

In a thoughtful celebration of its roots, Domaine Wardy has reimagined its branding to fully express the story behind the winery, its history, people, and place. The rebranding initiative, adopted by the current generation of management, was driven by a desire to craft a visual identity that reflects the entire journey of the estate, from its rich heritage to its forward-looking spirit.

The label designs of Domaine Wardy's wines are more than just visual identifiers they are an intentional tribute to Lebanese artistry, heritage, and storytelling. The single-varietal wines feature intricate patterns inspired by traditional Lebanese mosaics, with color palettes thoughtfully chosen to reflect the aromatic and flavor profiles of each grape variety. A subtle wood grain element is incorporated into the design to indicate oak barrel aging, creating a seamless sensory connection between the wine’s identity and its presentation.

For the blended wines, the labels distinguish themselves through meaningful national symbols: the unoaked blends showcase “Wardy” written vertically in elegant Arabic calligraphy, while the oaked blends proudly bear the emblematic Cedar of Lebanon each element carefully chosen to express both the wine's character and the winery’s deep cultural roots.

This bold and creative approach to storytelling through design has not gone unnoticed. Domaine Wardy’s labels have won several awards for style and innovation, further establishing the winery’s presence not only on shelves but also in the minds of consumers and the design community alike. The labels serve as a powerful extension of the brand: authentic, expressive, and unmistakably Lebanese.
