Hoxton Spirits Unveils Pink Gin

Hoxton Spirits has expanded its portfolio with the launch of a pink gin, made with botanicals including rosehip, rose and bergamot.

20/03/2018

Founded in 2012 by Gerry Calabrese, Hoxton Spirits has launched its new pink expression “to redefine the traditional perception of gin”.

Created using botanicals such as juniper, gunpowder tea, rosehip, rose and bergamot, Hoxton Pink aims to emulate the “anything can happen attitude” of its namesake London district, which is home to numerous artists, writers, and musicians

Calabrese said: “I am really excited to expand the Hoxton Portfolio and even more excited that we have been able to create another premium gin with attitude; one that breaks all of the conventions of flavour when it comes to gin, and one that we hope our consumers won’t be able to get enough of.”

The new expression is said to be “a pink gin which does not compromise on flavor”, and follows in the footsteps of a number of pink gin releases from some of the world’s biggest gin brands.

Recently, Pernod Ricard unveiled a pink variation of its Beefeater London Dry Gin, and Gordon’s joined the pink gin trend with the launch of an expression flavored with strawberries, raspberries, and redcurrants.
