According to the Wine Industry Advisor, 

Under the guidance of state and county public health authorities, winery tasting rooms along the will begin re-opening on Friday, June 12. Most wineries are slated to fully re-open for wine tasting June 12, and others will open at later dates. The re-opening will provide visitors the opportunity to enjoy tasting rooms again. All wineries continue to remain open for retail sales, allowing customers to take home.
