The Northwest Cider Association (NWCA) has launched the em>Cidermaker\'s Toolkit, a first-of-its kind resource for the cider industry. Much like Wikipedia (Wiki), it is a resource and a living document that will change over time. It is not just for cidermakers, but rather is hoped to answer questions from both newcomers to the industry and longtime veterans.
