Chapman's Brewing Company Announces Entry into NE Indiana Market

Fort Wayne, Indiana - October 31, 2013 - Chapman's Brewing Company, a newly launched craft brewery located in Angola, Indiana, recently announced their first product: Chapman's American Ale Cider.

Chapman's American Ale Cider will be distributed through Five Star Distributing, located in Columbia City, Indiana. Five Star distributes to nearly 1,100 retail customers and 800,000 consumers in Adams, Allen, DeKalb, Grant, Huntington, Kosciusko, LaGrange, Noble, Steuben, Wabash, Wells, and Whitley counties in the Northeast corner of Indiana.

"From an idea at a Trine football game to a commercial scale brewery in 18 months is something that still amazes me." Said Scott Fergusson, Chapman's CEO and Founder. "The University, the community, and especially Five Star have been instrumental in seeing Chapman's become a reality."

Chapman's has developed a distinctive Ale Cider - a cider combining malted barley and golding hops in the brewing process to produce a sophisticated, deep amber beverage that appeals to both beer and cider drinkers.
