Boulder, CO • November 15, 2013—The Brewers Association (BA) has announced it will be relocating its headquarters in 2014 to a larger office in Boulder, Colo. The not-for-profit trade association, which represents the majority of U.S. breweries, has been growing steadily—along with the booming craft beer industry—necessitating the move to a bigger space.

The BA has been at its current location, 736 Pearl Street, for nearly three decades. The new office, 1327 Spruce Street, is almost double the size, covering 11,600 square feet, and will accommodate the BA's need for additional work space. The transaction has an expected close date of April 1 and a purchase price of $4 million.
