Memoro Sparkling Cuvee is the second new wine. This is an Italian sparkling wine with an ABV of 11 per cent, made under the traditional Prosecco Charmet method and an innovative blend of 60% Glera (from Veneto), 25% Vermentino (from Tuscany), 10% Chardonnay (from Sicily) and 5% Passerina (from Marche).
