Moet Hennessy has joined Diageo on the side of McLaren's cars, with the French company securing a sponsorship tie-up for its Chandon sparkling wine brand with the Formula One team.
Moet Hennessy has joined Diageo on the side of McLaren's cars, with the French company securing a sponsorship tie-up for its Chandon sparkling wine brand with the Formula One team.
Chandon, which is produced at six wineries worldwide, will be the subject of a long-term, global collaborations with McLaren, the two companies announced today. The deal, which just-drinks understands is for three years, will see the Chandon logo appear on the team's two cars, which are driven this season by Fernando Alonso and Jenson Button.
'Chandon couldn't be happier to partner with the McLaren Honda Formula One team,' said Christophe Navarre, Moet Hennessy's chairman and CEO. 'This is a rich new occasion to bring our fans together around the world, and to enjoy the depth of this connection.'
