Global beer producer Heineken has completed its 50% acquisition of Californian craft brewery Lagunitas.
heinekenHeineken announced the deal in September, and it marks the company’s first foray into the craft category.
It follows the news last week that Heineken has purchased a majority stake in Slovenian brewery Pivovarna Laško for €120 million (£89m). Heineken said it will soon announce its intention to buy the brewery outright.
