F and N interested in Peroni, Peroni and Grolsch brands, F and N confirms bid for Peroni
Singapore-based brewer Fraser & Neave has expressed an interest in SABMiller’s Peroni and Grolsch brands.
F&N said in a statement: “The company constantly evaluates and looks out for strategic opportunities to grow its business, and in this respect, it has expressed an interest to acquire the Peroni and Grolsch beer brands.”
