The Altoona-based chain teamed up with Neshaminy Creek Brewing in Croydon to brew Project Hop Dog. The 5.5% dry-hopped IPA made with Sheetz hog dogs is selling at about 100 Sheetz stores, including several in central Pennsylvania.

The brewery calls Hop Dog a West Coast Style IPA, dry hopped with Nugget and Centennial hops, and a ceremonial addition of Sheetz Hot Dogz. The brew is described as refreshing and dry, with delicate hop flavors of citrus and pine.
