Hacienda Beer is excited to announce the release of Le Printemps, our spring seasonal Saison brewed with raw Wisconsin honey and dry hopped with Huell Melon hops. Le Printemps is brewed as a reflection of the Spring season—snow melting, weather warming, green slowly returning. This seasonal release is a rustic, dry beer with notes of citrus, spice, melon, and honey.

Le Printemps was the first batch we brewed on our new 15-barrel brewhouse back in late January and is an important milestone for both our Hacienda Beer Co. and Door County Brewing Co. brands, as this is our first beer ever bottled in Baileys Harbor.

In addition to Le Printemps, our seasonal saison series also includes L’éte, L’automne, and L’Hiver. We transitioned these seasonal saisons from our Door County Brewing Co. brand in order to incorporate more unique and local ingredients and experiment with mixed fermentation. All of our seasonal saisons will be bottle conditioned in single format 750 mL bottles for on-site release and for limited distribution.

About Hacienda Beer

Hacienda Beer Co. is an experimental brewing project from Door County Brewing Co.'s Danny and Ben McMahon and Allyce Mohs founded in 2017. We aspire to create beer tied to a time and place, inspired by our local heritage, but with a focus on experimentation. From our 15-barrel brewhouse in Bailey's Harbor, WI on the Door County peninsula, we create unique hoppy ales, stouts, and Belgian/farmhouse-inspired ales, in addition to constantly experimenting in barrel-aging and mixed fermentation.
