Fireman’s Brew, the fast-growing Los Angeles-based craft beer company founded by two California firefighters, today announces the multi-state launch of its most recent product release: Fireman’s Brew IPA. Previously available exclusively in California, the company’s take on a bold and refreshing West Coast-style India Pale Ale (IPA) made with a delicious and aromatic blend of Cascade, Columbus, Chinook and Galena hops will now be made available to their entire Fireman’s Brew distribution network across United States.

The product is the only member of Fireman’s Brew’s award-winning portfolio of micro-brews to be packaged in a cool, refreshing, 16 oz. can, promoting light-weight portability and access.

“The IPA has been an absolutely tremendous success for us in California over the past year, and we couldn’t be more excited to finally give craft beer drinkers nationwide a taste — we’re confident that they’ll find it just as irresistible as those here in the Golden State,” said Rob Nowaczyk, founder of Fireman’s Brew. “With its solid malt backbone and unique combination of four different hops all served up in a refreshingly portable can, the Fireman’s Brew IPA is primed to be the go-to India Pale Ale for craft beer lovers across the country to cool off with as the weather heats up in the coming months. Whether you’re out at a summer music festival, tailgating a ballgame, spending a day at the beach, partying on a yacht or anything in between, the Fireman’s Brew IPA is ready to go wherever the spring and summer spirit takes you.”

The Fireman’s Brew signature beer portfolio includes the following:

  • Fireman’s Brew: IPA (Pale Ale; 6.5 percent ABV)
  • Fireman’s Brew: Blonde (Pilsner-style Lager; 5.2 percent ABV)
  • Fireman’s Brew: Brunette (German-style Doublebock; 8 percent ABV)
  • Fireman’s Brew: Redhead (Amber Ale; 5.5 percent ABV)

“IPAs have helped drive the craft beer renaissance, making up nearly 50 percent of the craft beer market share. And, after testing our own version here locally in California, we’ve seen just how in-demand they are first-hand,” stated Roger Baer, chief executive officer for Fireman’s Brew. “There’s never been a better time to add an IPA to our national line of award-winning brews, and we can’t wait for our out-of-state customers to crack open their first can of this India Pale Ale featuring a mixture of bittering and aromatic hops.”
