According to the yorkshirepost Patel’s Off Licence, named after co-founder Mayur’s surname, launched as a trial last bank holiday weekend to sell Bundobust’s existing stock and to generate some income while the restaurants in Leeds, Manchester and Liverpool are closed. The majority of beers sold out within two hours, which prompted Mayur & business partner Marko Husak to quickly re-stock with fresh beers. Now the pair plan to keep Patel’s Off Licence online permanently.

The Beer selection will change regularly with new beers landing on the shop twice a week. Patel’s features beers from breweries familiar with Bundobust customers such as Northern Monk, Cloudwater, Marble, Kirkstall, North. Plenty of easy going pale ales and lagers are available, as well as some experimental beers. Bundobust are currently brewing up some limited edition collaboration beers that will be available soon.
