Waverley Hills is a medium sized, certified organic cellar based on the Tulbagh wine route. We produce fruit forward wines with soft ripe tannins, which make our wines wonderfully approachable. Waverley Hills produces premium quality organic wines from low yielding vines (2-6 mt/ha) and processed on the estate in a modern, gravity fed cellar. We only bottle what we produce on the estate and do not buy in any grapes or wine from other producers. All our grapes and olives are grown on Waverley Hills Estate and organically certified by SGS / LACON Europe and selected wines from 2015 vintage are NOP certified.
