We make our pisco using a 125 year old recipe created by our founder Don Ismael de la Quintana. It is handcrafted in small batches, adhering to the classic pisco pot distillation method practiced in Peru since the 16th century. Bottled on our farm, Pisco Huamani makes its way from our Hacienda to your glass. In Quechua, Huamaní refers to the mountain spirits who protected the Incan people and their harvests.
