The wine shop Paracelsus was founded in 1996 by three wine lovers from Einsiedeln. These three set themselves the goal of making wines from certified organic and natural cultivation socially acceptable. At the time, that was not very easy, because organic viticulture was still in its infancy and it was quite difficult to find high quality organic wines. Luckily that has changed fundamentally over the last 20 years.
