Ingelheim Spatburgunder Alte Reben with LWC Medals

The history of J.Neus Winery goes back to 1881 when Josef Neus started this Winery in Ingelheim.  Today, the winery is being managed by Schmitz family. The wines produced by this winery are based on VDP Classification and focused on VDP Gutstein, VDP Ortswein, and VDP Grosse lage wines. Entire Germany and the world appreciate the Pinot Noir produced by this winery. Red wines of J.Neus are typically aged in the huge vaulted cellar of Rheinhessen. The oldest barrels used in this process date back to 1893 and have been in use even today. Made from the deeply rooted vines planted before 25 years, Alte Reben Ortswein features dominant minerality and structure.

About the Competition

The London Wine Competition recognizes and rewards the wine brands that have successfully been created to identify with and target a specific wine drinker. The competition judges wine in three key areas - quality, value for money and packaging. To be an award winner in this competition, all you need to have is a good quality wine that offers great value for money and a look that stands out on the shelf of the bar. 2019 London Wine Competition is back and if you have a wine(s) with the above qualities, you can enter your wines here.
