Carlson Creek Vineyard will be holding their first-ever dual release to debut their 2013 Sauvignon Blanc ($19/bottle) and 2015 Chardonnay ($23/bottle).

The release party, being held at their Scottsdale tasting room, will include a complimentary first class of the new vintages, paired with light bites, live music, and conversation with co-owner and winemaker Robert Carlson III.

“Summer has officially arrived in Arizona, making it the perfect time to release two of our best-selling white wines,” said Carlson. “Both are great expressions of Arizona white wine and what our region is capable of when it comes to these classic varietals.”

The 2013 Sauvignon Blanc starts with a citrus, herbaceous nose followed by a refreshing, smooth taste with good acidity and a long finish; a classic Sauvignon Blanc. It pairs well with everything from oysters and herb-roasted chicken to Caprese bruschetta.

The 2015 Chardonnay features a nose of honey, white blossom, and apricot with a silky, round finish and a kiss of oak. A perfect pairing with Dover sole in a buttery cream sauce with seasonal vegetables.

For more information or to purchase the 2013 Sauvignon Blanc ($19/bottle) or the 2015 Chardonnay ($23/bottle) once it becomes available on June 22, visit either tasting room (Scottsdale: 4142 N. Marshall Way, Scottsdale, AZ 85251 or Willcox: 115 Railview Ave., Willcox, AZ 85643) or purchase online at CarlsonCreek.com.
