Spanish wine brand Campo Viejo has unveiled a new limited edition bottle, the latest design in its Reserva Art Series.

Now in its fourth year, the company said urban artists Okuda and Remed created the artwork featuring the sculpture ‘A Bridge Between Sky and Earth’, first unveiled on the Campo Viejo vineyard in 2013.

Vicky Hoey, head of wines and champagnes at Pernod Ricard UK, said: “Previous limited edition bottles have driven uplifts of up to 30% in sales over their respective campaigns, so we’re confident that the fourth Reserva Art Series bottle will capture the imagination of shoppers.

“This year, Okuda and Remed have gone back to the brand’s roots and created a distinctive piece of art that connects strongly with our heritage in the heart of Rioja.

“Retailers should take advantage of this limited edition as we come into summer, which is a key period for wine sales, with the warmer weather sparking the incentive for consumers to begin throwing parties and having social gatherings.”

A £1m media campaign featuring Reserva will also be visible across the UK, launching this month.
