Treasury Wine Estates (TWE) is facing a class-action lawsuit from Australian shareholders led by Maurice Blackburn Lawyers, a class-action practice in Australia, and litigation funder IMF (Australia).

The action concerns Treasury's announcement on 15 July 2013 regarding write-downs of $190m that were associated with the excess of inventory being held by US distributors.
