Anheuser-Busch InBev’s craft beer acquisition spree isn’t limited to the U.S. The Belgium-based company’s Labatt Breweries has purchased Toronto-based craft brewer Mill Street Brewery, Labatt said Friday. Terms of the deal were not disclosed. Anheuser-Busch InBev\'s Labatt Breweries has purchased Toronto-based Mill Street Brewery. Labatt, also based in Toronto, said in a release it will immediately invest $10 million in Mill Street’s brewery there. In addition to its Toronto brewery, Mill Street owns brew pubs in Toronto and Ottawa. (St. Louis Business Journal)
