According to the Masslive, Harpoon Brewery has released a new beer, “For the Frontline,” an ale showing support to frontline health care workers and hospitality professionals working amid the coronavirus pandemic.
Released on National Nurse Day, the “community ale" will be available mid-to-late May, according to a press release from Harpoon.
A portion of the beer’s proceeds will go to the Boston Resiliency Fund, Off Their Plate, and The Vermont Community Foundation’s VT COVID-19 Response Fund to help provide relief to those affected by the novel coronavirus, the press release said.
