A hard but also fragile territory, which therefore requires the utmost respect. Territory of invincible charm and magnetism, but difficult to live and indulge, capable of giving fruits of absolute excellence and these unrepeatable products.

The company degrades from 1000 to 900 meters above sea level on the southern side of the volcano. Vegetation, fauna and entrancing panoramas offer an unprecedented image of the Etna area where it is still possible to meet the wild cat, porcupine, peregrine falcon and golden eagle or stroll in oak and chestnut woods. The vineyards, anchored to the black and sandy soil of the lava stone terraces, are trained with sapling and spurred cordon. The production cycle is oriented towards high quality, careful and punctual agronomic interventions.

The cultivation operations, the selection of the bunches and the harvesting are carried out exclusively by hand and with great attention so as to bring excellent grapes to the cellar. Destemming, important macerations, controlled fermentation and continuous monitoring of refinement allow to obtain red wines with intense colors, very rich and complex bouquets and full-bodied and balanced taste with soft tannins and pleasantly fresh whites and rosés, with intense and flowery bouquets.
