La Citadelle de Diamant is based in Kfar Ruth in Israel. The winery is located opposite Givat HaTitora, which towers over the northeastern side of the city of Modi'in. La Citadelle de Diamant is a boutique winery, created from love of wine and a vision for the Land of Israel. The winery receives its grapes from a vineyard on the summit of the Judean hills, 850 meters above sea level. La Citadelle de Diamant creates quality wine aged from a minimum of 12 months in wooden barrels from the allier forest in France. La Citadelle de Diamant wine is made from three main grape varieties; Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Shiraz. The wine is kosher – Beit Yosef supervision. Winemakers: Patrick Hababou & Maxime Gamard
