Mollard & Fillon are sourcing grapes and creating great wines from Languedoc, Terrasses du Larzac. This is a very qualitative land, “appellation of the Year” in the “Grand guide des vins de France Bettane & Desseauve 2011”. We select the best vines located in St. Jean de la Blaquiere, a place of transition climate between the Languedoc sun and Larzac coolness. These conditions enable us to produce fine, elegant and fresh wines. Because some of our neighbors have beautiful vineyards, on great terroirs, because they work beautifully, because they engage in a demanding process quality, we have established a partnership : grow good grapes to us to make a wine that is worthy.
