Simon Spier works in Sales and Marketing for a couple of wine businesses, and is a part owner of Wirrega Vineyards in South Australia's Limestone Coast. Simon is a Chartered Accountant and a WSET diploma student. His passion for wine has taken him around the world, and after living in Scotland on an off from 2011 to 2016 he's fallen for the people, philosophy, stories and of course the drinks.

"I want to show that Scotch Whisky is a whole lot more exciting than the formulaic distillery label releases. I focus on Single Cask, Cask Strength Scotch Whisky from some of Scotlands best family owned Independent Bottlers, because I believe Scotch is at its best when un-adultered, un-touched and produced as a limited and rare expression. The world of Indie Scotch Whiskies is fascinating and and exciting journey to take."
