We are a family run business bringing over the best fresh young green coconut water from Thailand. We travel to Thailand to oversee the operation, and our coconut water is canned at the source. We harvest the coconuts in the early morning before the sun is up (the sun and heat makes the coconut lose flavor and nutrients faster), open the coconuts by hand, and the coconut water is flash pasteurized and canned by lunch time. We use steel cans as opposed to tetra packs or aluminum, as steel does not need to be lined (which can contain BPA). Steel also does not leech into the liquid like aluminum, which is bad for the flavor and bad for your health. The coconuts we choose are of a very special variety found in the region of Ratchaburi, Thailand. We register 6+ on the BRIX index, ensuring a full bodied sweet and flavorful coconut water. We never add anything to our coconut water--no preservatives (or hidden "Vitamin C"), sugars, or any other chemicals. We are confident that if you try our coconut water you will agree it is the best!
