Our country manor house hotel brews and distills craft apple cider and brandy in Co. Cork using apples from our own orchard. We are Ireland's first & only brandy distillery based in Cork and we also produce two cider products - our own craft Longueville Cider 5%AVB and our new Cider Mór 8%AVB, a delicious combination of our brandy and cider.
