The Caribbean Gin Co. We've been making Caribbean Gin for the last couple of years using local ingredients and focusing on capturing the essence of this paradise in everything we do. As a small (micro distillery), everything is handmade. From our wall mural, to the bottle artwork, to the way we operate our shop (we even lift the gin barrels ourselves - by hand). This gives us a real sense of connectivity to our product and it translates through to our consumers.

Blue Light Caribbean Gin is hand-made on the tropical island of Grenada using local botanicals. We make our incredibly smooth gin only a few steps away from the white-sand beach. Does that influence the taste? Yes, of course. That Caribbean Dream everyone is talking about… we bottled it. Established in 2018 at the Le Phare Bleu beachfront hotel, Blue Light is changing the way people look at gin.

The Caribbean is a stunning, lively place full of culture and relaxation. We aim to tell a new Caribbean story for the wolrd to hear (and taste). The Caribbean Gin Co. brings you Blue Light Caribbean Gin; a new take on a classic spirit. Unbound by the constraints of tradition, our Caribbean Gin redefines the very word “gin” itself.
