Flying Goat Cellars is dedicated to producing beautifully handcrafted Pinot Noir wines from single vineyards in Santa Barbara County. Winemaker Norm Yost produces artisanal wines that show the elegant flavors and individual expression of the vineyard. The winery also produces Pinot Gris and method champenoise sparking wine called Goat Bubbles.
