Description
Melodia is a harmonious wine, son of the elegance that the Matelicese “terroir” knows how to give to its fruits. Half of the aging is carried out in steel tanks, while the remainder is aged in small first-year French oak barrels, to give the wine an important body, but with a refined elegance.
The careful attention dedicated to this wine, in the cellar becomes almost passionate, such is the dedication that the winemaker dedicates to the aging of the wine, this allows to obtain a product with an intense ruby color with violet reflections.
On the nose the expression of the wine leads to notes of herbaceous, ripe fruit of the undergrowth and a delicate return of tobacco and licorice. The taste remains soft and savory, with excellent persistence and everything is wrapped in a pleasant melody as its name suggests.

Since 2004, in our farm we take care of the vineyards, which extend to almost 13 hectares in Pianné di Matelica. Over the years we have improved our activity, creating valuable connections with our surroundings, driven by passion, pursuit of excellence and attention to detail throughout the entire production process. Harvest after harvest, we create IGT, DOC and DOCG wines that make us proud. Our annual production of 30,000 bottles consists of six labels: Grappoli d’Oro (Verdicchio di Matelica Riserva DOCG), Alarico (Verdicchio di Matelica DOC), Arché (Verdicchio di Matelica DOC), Onorio (Colli Maceratesi rosso DOC), Bosco (Colli Maceratesi Rosso DOC) and Melodia (Marche Rosso IGT).
