Description
This deep ruby-coloured wine reveals intense notes of red fruits and blackberries enhanced by subtle notes of cedar, tobacco and vanilla. On the palate the structure is elegant and tannins are refined. The fruit notes are joined by a touch of liquorice, black pepper and coffee, which has a beautiful complexity. The finish is long with persistent fruit notes. This wine can be enjoyed now but will reveal its full potential in a few years. It will be perfect to pair with grilled meat and matured cheeses but will also combine with lots of savoury dishes.

- Age of vineyard: 25 years (Merlot), 20 years (Cabernet Sauvignon), 15 years (Cabernet Franc), 10 years (Malbec).
- Ageing: 12 months, 50% in barrels - 50% in vat.
