Description
80% SAUVIGNON BLANC, 16% SÉMILLON, 4% MUSCADELLE
This wine's bouquet reveals a wide range of aromas of ripe fruit (pear, white peach) and citrus (preserved lemon, orange). Barrel ageing adds toasty, buttery notes. Round and silky on the approach, with a fine texture on the palate. The finish is persistent, with hints of toast and ripe fruit. A well-balanced wine of great elegance, combining richness and finesse. This wine is perfect with fish (salmon, trout), poultry in sauce or mature cheeses.
