Description
Pale rose with peach tints. The nose presents vibrant red fresh fruits such as raspberries, wild strawberries, and gooseberries. On the palate, the freshness and the vivacity are joined by pink grapefruit and crushed raspberry aromas. Ideal as an aperitif, it will pair equally well with summer salads, grilled fish, or meat. Pairing perfectly with a red fresh fruit dessert, served with Chantilly cream.
