We were inspired by a clambake, a culinary tradition steeped in regionality and the natural flavors of local bounty… unsurprisingly so is our winemaking.

Traditional Arrak, distilled from pure palm sap, has been aged for 3 years. This drink, an alternative to rum, cognac or brandy, has a dark caramel and molasses aroma, subtle toasted notes and a fruity nose of vanilla and tropic timber.
