According to the cleveland, 

Kansas City, Missouri-based Mano’s Wine, which specializes in manufacturing and distributing etched and hand-painted bottles of wine, has teamed with the Browns for the wine.

A bottle of California Cabernet Sauvignon comes in a bottle with either Brownie the Elf or helmet logo, and a sparkling wine has the logo and "1946," the year the team was founded.
