According to the national standard, the maximum of insoluble matter in zinc sulfate water is 0.05%, however some customers find that zinc sulfate powder cannot be completely soluble in water when testing by oneself, thus begin to doubt the zinc sulfate water-solubility. How does zinc sulfate dissolved well in water?

To make zinc sulfate more completely soluble in water, the tester should control the PH of zinc sulfate solution under 6. Conversely, if solution’s PH value keeps 7.5 or above, zinc sulfate could not well soluble in water. Therefore, to accurately test zinc sulfate water-solubility, one should appropriately add acid content in solution. In acidic solution, high-quality zinc sulfate ‘s water-solubility appears very obviously.

Zinc Sulfate requires acid water Zinc Sulfate crystals will not dissolve completely in water at pH 7.5 or above. They do not dissolve very well until the pH is below 6. If you experience any white precipitate in your sprayer screens when using zinc sulfate, add or increase the amount of Tech Spray MG you are using.
