TOLEDO, Ohio, Nov. 18, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Toledo Edison customers who remain without power as a result of the severe wind and thunderstorms yesterday evening across Northwest Ohio can receive two bags of ice and two gallons of water at no charge at participating Kroger and Churchill's stores.
Also, the American Red Cross will be opening a shelter at Cedar Creek Church at 29129 Lime City Road in Perrysburg at 7 p.m. tonight for residents affected by the storm.
