This full-bodied, dark beer is a fan favorite that pays homage to a style used by 11th century Bavarian monks, and features four different types of malt including Munich malt, pilsner malt, dark roasted caramel malt and black malt. To celebrate WinterBock`s arrival, Gordon Biersch will host special tapping parties Dec. 2 – 3 at select restaurants.
