French Liquor Maker Grand Marnier Said to Explore Sale
Grand Marnier Group (MALA), the French cognac maker, is exploring strategic options for the business including a sale, people with knowledge of the matter said.

Grand Marnier, which produces cognac, armagnac, pineau and wines, is working with Rothschild on the process, the people said, asking not to be identified because the matter is private.
The Paris-based company may attract bids from private-equity firms and other liquor makers, the people said.
