Two Brothers Brewing Releases 3 New Beers
Two Brothers Artisan Brewing is adding three new selections to its award-winning lineup in the coming weeks.
New year, new beer. With a consistent passion for experimentation and innovation, Two Brothers Artisan Brewing is adding three new selections to its award-winning lineup in the coming weeks.
The newly updated Outlaw Mosaic IPA will freshen up the Two Brothers year-round lineup in early February, while Red Eye Coffee IPA and In The Dark Blackberry Sour recently debuted as seasonal and limited releases.
“We’ve always had a passion for the experimentation side of brewing,” said Two Brothers co-founder Jason Ebel. “We love to try new things, create new recipes and brew with a purpose when it comes to our beers. For us, that means putting thought and time into each beer we brew and coming out with a product we are really proud of.”
That passion for experimentation is on full display with the newly refreshed Outlaw, which continues to evolve and stay current in the ever-changing IPA category. This hop forward update of Outlaw features the Mosaic hop, providing big citrus, pine and tropical fruits flavors that are balanced by a subtle malt backbone. Launching in early February, Outlaw Mosaic will be available in 6-pack cans, 1/2 and 1/6 barrels.
Two Brothers also added a new seasonal beer to its lineup with the recent release Red Eye Coffee IPA. Combining Two Brothers Coffee Roasters coffee with a complex hop profile, Red Eye offers a distinctive blend of cocao, citrus, floral and pine notes that allow this offering to really stand out.
Additionally, In The Dark Blackberry Sour will be the newest option in Two Brothers’ expansive sour program as a limited release. This fruit-forward sour boasts notes of blackberry, roasted coffee and chocolate for an extra rich sweetness that helps smooth out the tartness.
Both Red Eye and In The Dark were released in late January and are currently available in cans, (6-packs for Red Eye, 4-packs for In The Dark) 1/2 and 1/6 barrels.
