  • Understand each individual client's goals, to build & execute social media strategy tailored to meet their goals across multiple social platforms.
  • Create, edit and publish content calendars (original text, images, video or HTML) that builds meaningful connections and encourages community members to take actions.
  • Responding to inbound messages in a timely manner on our client’s behalf.
  • Set up and optimize company pages within each platform to increase the visibility of company’s social content.
  • Monitor and share trends on social media channels; appropriately apply that knowledge to increase the effectiveness of social media efforts.
  • Perform Social Media Audits and Identify new opportunities to drive results and improve performance.
  • Contribute to new business efforts including proposals, research and pitching.
  • Develop and execute social ad campaigns.
  • Provide research & recommendations to improve both organic social and paid social campaigns.
  • Prepare social media reports monthly.
  • Share monthly performance updates, including wins, learnings, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Build and maintain solid, trusting relationships for long term client success.
