Certified organic winery located in the southern Rhone aoc of Ventoux with 20HA of vines. Vineyards start at 350m go to a maximum of 500m in evaluation with primarily Triassic soils. Very minimal intervention in the cellar, the wines are aged for at least 24 months before release
