Quebrada del Chucao is a family run cider-business located in southern Chile. We started producing quality ciders in 2010 and have been pioneers in developing the champenoise style ciders (with second fermentation in the bottle) in our country. For crafting them, we only use apples grown in very old orchards that were planted many decades ago in what today is the Araucanía Region. Although not certified, they are organically grown. We just press once a year, when the apples have reached the correct ripeness. We are currently exporting our ciders to Canada, both BC and Toronto, Perú, Sweden and Brazil, and it would be great if could also reach out to other markets.
