In 1995, just 20 years ago, we decided to create, in Martigny, the vinotheque Le Cellier du Manoir in a building listed as a historical monument, just opposite the Manoir, the oldest cultural institution in the city.

Then, a few years later, a second vinotheque opened these doors in the heart of the Old Town of Sion.
