EDESA was established in 1926 by Raul Diaz de Espada and Julián Etchegaray, as “Etchegaray y Diaz de Espada”, becoming in 1981 “Empresa Distribuidora Especializada Sociedad Anónima”(EDESA), which is Spanish for Company Specialized in Distribution, Ltd.
