Vinorum is a family winery producing of Qvevri wines.The grapes are pressed and the wine is aged in more than one hundred year old Qvevris, giving unique qualities to wine. To control the complete cycle of wine making and ensure its high quality we use only grapes grown in our vineyards.The vineyards are located in Mukuzani-Saperavi-Gurjaani-Kisi-Mtsvane- zones where the highest quality endemic grapes are grown. In the wine making process we try to keep its natural aroma and unique taste. Given that we use only own grapes our wine is limited in quantity and increase together with expansion of our vineyards from year to year. Thanks to wine producing special technology our qveveri wine is light and pleasant.
