Caribbean Craft Draft Coffee is new line of artisan, 100% Bona Fide, fair trade, organic, coffees - packaged in kegs and growlers (bottles coming soon). The coffee is processed in a highly controlled environment, and preserved stainless steel kegs under nitrogen. It is available for distribution to restaurants, bars, coffee houses, specialty groceries and resorts. This fine beverage is currently available in 5 varieties, including Hair Raiser (dark roast), Peru, Guatemala, Ethiopia and Mexico Decaf. It is meant to be dispensed from draft equipment using nitrogen or beer gas. With a beautiful cascading presence in the glass (akin to stout beer), and a profoundly good flavor, CDC is quickly becoming the ideal, on-tap, non-alcoholic alternative to craft beers and fine wines.
